Questions landlords ask
Can I use Propertira for free?
Yes. The Free plan supports one rental property and the core tracking tools — income, expenses, mortgage and your cash-flow dashboard.
Do I need to connect my bank account?
No. Propertira works with the property numbers you choose to enter. There are no bank connections.
Can I cancel later?
Yes. You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage Subscription. Paid access stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then your account moves to Free.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your property data is never deleted automatically. You keep viewing everything you added — you simply can't add new properties beyond your plan's limit, and some premium views become locked.
Can I track properties in different currencies?
Yes. Each property has its own currency and results are shown in that currency. Propertira does not convert currencies using live exchange rates.
Does Propertira provide tax or investment advice?
No. Propertira provides informational calculations based on the numbers you enter.
